Ex aluna de doutorado do Programa de Alimentos e Nutrição da FEA tem trabalho de tese contemplado com premiação internacional (Quality Juice Award 2018).

A Dra. Vania M. Nakajima, que defendeu sua tese de doutorado em 2016, orientada pela Profa. Juliana Alves Macedo, teve uma das publicações da sua pesquisa selecionada pelo Quality Juice Foundation Board para receber o prêmio Quality Juice Award 2018. A premiação será na Antuérpia, em Outubro de 2018.

Dear Ms. Nakajima,

 
We are very pleased to inform you on behalf of the President of the Quality Juice Foundation, Mr Carlos Abboud, that the QJF Boards decided in favour of your research work entitled “In vitro evaluation of the anti-lipogenic and anti-inflammatory potential of biotransformed extract from citrus residues”
and we cordially congratulate you on winning the Quality Juice Award 2018! 

Your research project convinced by its excellent scientific quality as well as its relevance to the QJF award program.

The QJF Award not only involves the prize money of 2500 € but also an invitation to this year’s Juice Summit in Antwerp, Belgium, on 17 and 18 October 2018 at the Hilton Hotel as well as to all evening events where you can benefit from a lot of networking opportunities. Subsequent to the award ceremony you are supposed to give a short summary (about 10 minutes in English) of your project on Wednesday morning, 17 October. Could you be so kind as to fill in the attached form and send it back to us in order to become registered as speaker at the Juice Summit.

Your travel and accommodation expenses will also be covered by QJF. We have already reserved a room for you at the hotel Banks in Antwerp from 16 – 19 October (three nights). We kindly ask you to give us your favoured flight details as soon as possible so that we can book a flight for you.

We hope that we could please you and kindly ask you to give us a feedback if you accept the prize.
